Privacy Policy
LGS Solutions Co., Ltd. (“LGS”, “we” or “us”) uses the personal data you send by email or give by phone to reply to your enquiry, discuss your project online, prepare a quotation or design proposal, and follow up on your enquiry. We do not sell your data, do not send you marketing unless you ask for it, and do not use what you send us to profile you. If you accept cookies on this website, Google Analytics records your visit so we can count visits and improve the website; if you decline, nothing goes to Google Analytics. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and withdraw your consent, at any time. This policy explains what we collect, where the data goes, how long we keep it, and how you can use your rights under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019). This policy takes effect on 02-10-2026.

What We Collect
This website has no form to fill in. When you email us, we receive your email address, the name your email shows, and what you write. The website’s email button fills in these headings for you:
- your name
- your phone number
- your LINE ID
- your province or district
- what you plan to build
- more details
Fill in as many headings as you like. To reply, we need a way to reach you: the email address you write from, or a phone number. When you call us, our team may note your name, your number and what you ask about.
If you accept cookies, Google Analytics on this website records your visit: the pages you open, how you arrived (for example from Google or Facebook), whether you tap to call, email us or open the map, your device and browser type, and your approximate location to city level, with a random identifier in the _ga cookies. Google Analytics does not store your IP address.
Please do not send your ID card number, bank details or any health information by email.
Why We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- reply to your enquiry
- discuss your project online
- prepare a quotation or design proposal
- follow up on your enquiry
- arrange the site survey, once you order
- count visits and see which pages and links help people contact us, to improve the website, only if you accept cookies
We do not sell your data, do not send you marketing unless you ask for it, and do not use what you send us to profile you. If a contract follows, we also keep the records the law requires, such as accounting and tax records.
The Legal Basis for Using Your Data
We rely on these legal bases in the PDPA, Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019):
- a contract with you, or steps you ask for before one (section 24(3)): replying to your enquiry, discussing your project online, preparing the quotations and design proposals you ask for, and arranging the site survey once you order
- legal obligations (section 24(6)), for the records the law requires once a contract follows, such as accounting and tax records
- your consent (section 19), for Google Analytics and its cookies, which you can accept or decline and change at any time
Where Your Data Goes
Your email arrives in our mailbox on Google Workspace (Google), where our team reads and answers it. Google’s servers may be outside Thailand.
If you accept cookies, the Google Analytics records of your visit go to Google, whose servers may be outside Thailand, and Google handles them under its privacy policy. We do not use these records for advertising.
Apart from these, we do not pass your data to anyone else unless the law requires it.
How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep your data for these periods:
- enquiry data, if no contract follows: 2 years from your last contact with us
- data linked to a contract, if one follows: as long as the contract and the law require, for example the legal period for keeping accounting records
When a period ends, we delete or destroy the data.
The _ga cookies stay in your browser for up to 2 years after your last visit. Google Analytics deletes the record of each visit within 14 months.
Your Rights
Under the PDPA, you have the right to:
- withdraw your consent at any time, wherever we rely on it, without affecting what we lawfully did before (section 19)
- see your data and get a copy of it (section 30)
- get your data in a machine-readable format, or have it sent to another data controller, where the law allows (section 31)
- object to us collecting, using or disclosing your data, in the cases the law sets out (section 32)
- have your data erased or destroyed, or made anonymous (section 33)
- have the use of your data restricted (section 34)
- have your data corrected, updated or completed (sections 35 and 36)
- complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC), www.pdpc.or.th, if you believe we have not followed the PDPA (section 73)
Some rights have conditions set by law. For example, we may have to keep records the law requires even if you ask for them to be deleted. If we cannot do what you ask, we tell you why. If you ask us to stop using your data, we can no longer reply to or follow up on your enquiry.
To use any of these rights, email or call us as shown under “Contact Us About Personal Data” below. We may ask a question to confirm that the request comes from you. We reply within 30 days of receiving your request.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
This website sets no cookie until you choose. On your first visit, a bar at the bottom of the screen asks whether you accept Google Analytics cookies.
If you accept, the website loads Google Analytics, which sets the _ga cookie and one named _ga_ followed by the site’s code (2 years) to count visits. Google’s advertising features are switched off. If you decline, Google Analytics does not load and no cookie is set.
Your choice is kept in your browser’s storage, not in a cookie, so we do not ask again. You can change it at any time with “Cookie Settings” at the foot of the page. If you switch to decline, the website stops sending data to Google Analytics and deletes the _ga cookies.
We also use Google Search Console to see how our pages appear in Google Search. It works from Google’s own search data and adds nothing to this website that collects data from your visit.
The website loads some of its fonts from Google Fonts and its 3D drawing library from jsDelivr. As with any web request, these providers see your IP address.
How We Protect Your Data
Only our staff who need your data for their work can access it. This website loads over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
Children and Minors
This website is for adults planning a building. If you are a minor (in Thailand, generally anyone under 20), please ask a parent or guardian to agree before you email or call us, or ask them to contact us for you.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from a child aged 10 or under without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you are a parent or guardian and find that your child has sent us personal data, contact us to have it deleted.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. When we do, the new effective date appears at the top of this page.
